AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDUSTRIAL WORKWEAR WEBSITE USER AND INDUSTRIAL WORKWEAR AND SAFETY CO

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. 

All users of the Industrial Workwear and Safety Co (IWW) website agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.  Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and conditions.  Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how your information is collected, stored and protected by IWW. 

Payment Terms
Orders will not be processed and ownership of goods does not pass to the purchaser until goods are paid for in full and funds have been cleared.   Once cleared funds have been received, your order will be dispatched along with a copy of your tax invoice.
Payment options include Paypal, Credit Cards, Direct Deposit, Money Order and Cheques.
Money Orders and cheques should be made payable to Industrial Workwear and Safety Co.  Direct deposits should be made to Industrial Workwear and Safety  BSB: 013264 Account No: 292950031.
In making your payment to IWW, you assert that you are an authorised person to make such payments and that you have not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any Law.

Pricing
All prices are expressed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Service Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
While we shall endeavour to keep pricing current at all times, pricing may be subject to change without notice.
Online special discount pricing will be clearly marked on IWW website.  IWW reserves the right to amend or withdraw special prices without notice.

Delivery
Free freight Australia wide for orders over $250 and $9.95 for orders under $250.  Please Contact Us for a quotation for worldwide freight.
Your order will be dispatched to the delivery address you provide to us.  IWW will endeavour to dispatch your order within one business day after receipt of your order, unless otherwise stated within the product information page.   From time to time there may be delays in dispatch due to our high turnover of stock and reliance on our suppliers for continuous replenishment. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days, but, at rare times, there may be an unavoidable delay as we wait for stock deliveries.
IWW will dispatch your order using Australia Post.  Upon dispatch from IWW, a tracking number will be issued to you via email (should one have been provided).   Once dispatched, IWW is not liable for any loss or for any costs, damages or expenses as a result of late delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us.  In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, or are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at once by email or phone.
If the delivery is an error by IWW, we will quickly provide you with advice on how to return the item for either an exchange or full credit including any postage charges you incur.
If you return, in as new condition, an item that you are dissatisfied with for any reason which is not our fault, we will credit you with the price of the item less our postage charges.  Please note, proof of purchase will be required for all returns. Please refer to our Returns Policy which forms part of these terms and conditions.
